Mondays

4:30 PM – Gentle Yoga for EVERY Body with Marcia
Gentle Yoga Practice for Every Body. Yoga made accessible to all with supportive props and slow movements centering around mindful breathing, foundational yoga poses, and grounding in the present moment. Reverse the effects of sitting by moving your spine and opening your chest to improve posture, balance, strength, and body awareness. Feel at ease, release tension, and cultivate balance in both body and mind.

6:00 PM – Yin & Pin with Kelly & Tasha FIRST MONDAY EVERY MONTH
Experience a unique blend of deep yin yoga and calming acupuncture. Kelly will guide you through 45 minutes of yin yoga to gently relax the body and release tension. During the savasana resting pose, Tasha will provide soothing acupuncture to enhance relaxation and energetic balance. Before class begins, Tasha will share a brief introduction about the needles and the points she will be using, helping you feel comfortable and at ease. Rate: $30 for members, $35 for non-members. First Monday of each month.

Tuesdays

9:00 AM – Breathwork with Kristin
Discover the power of breath to calm your mind and body. In this class, you'll learn simple yet effective breathwork techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance. Perfect for anyone seeking greater relaxation, focus, and resilience in daily life.

4:00 PM – Community Acupuncture with Tasha
Acupuncture can treat a wide range of health issues, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, digestive disorders, headaches, insomnia, and more. Community acupuncture is a more accessible form of acupuncture where multiple people receive treatment at the same time in a shared space. Please arrive before 5 to be treated. Pay as you can – nobody turned away for lack of funds.

Wednesdays

4:00 PM – Kids Hour with Kelly & Amanda
For ages 3–9. 30 minutes of yoga & mindfulness and 30 minutes of fun games (freeze dance, hot potato, duck-duck-goose & more). Free class – donations welcome to support children’s programming at Movement Center.

5:30 PM – Yoga Nidra with Kelly
In this deeply restorative practice, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. Through body scans, breath awareness, and gentle visualization, Yoga Nidra helps release tension, reduce stress, and promote profound rest. No movement is required. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be led into deep inner stillness. Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, better sleep, or a peaceful reset for body, mind, and spirit. 30 minutes long.

Thursdays

8:00 AM – EmBody Yoga Flow with LJ
Start your morning with a deep, slow flow designed to awaken your body and nervous system for the day ahead. This mindful practice builds steadiness, focus, and ease through intentional movement and breath. All levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

5:00 PM – Guided Meditation with Maya
In this calming class, we quiet the mind, connect with the body and heart, and open to the wisdom of the soul. Through guided journeys, we invite connection with the Divine Source and Spiritual Guides, access deep healing, release old emotions, and awaken our power to manifest the life we want.

Fridays

9:00 AM – Slow Burn Yoga with Kelly
A deliberate, strength-driven practice where the heat builds fast and the focus runs deep. Longer holds and controlled transitions challenge both body and mind, leaving you steady, strong, and centered.

6:30 PM – Go with the Flow with LJ LAST SATURDAY EVERY MONTH
Discover the art of mindful movement and relaxation. All skill levels are welcome, from novices to experienced yogis. This donation-based class invites you to flow with ease, choosing your own contribution from $0 to $15. Last Saturday of each month.
